Union Skills Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey said on July 2 that about 2.5 lakh new jobs will be created in the IT sector.

Addressing World Skills India - International Cloud Computing Challenge 2019 Here, Pandey said rapid advances have been made in the cloud computing market in India with $ 7.1 billion (about Rs 49,000 crore) by 2022 to 2.5 billion (about Rs 17,250 crore) .

He also expressed hope that in the coming years, the IT sector in the most advanced countries would have the modern knowledge and skill to lead the Indian youth.

In his address, Nasscom Chairman Keshav Murugesh asked the government to pass the Data Protection Bill in Parliament soon. He said that 2 million people would be trained in digital technology in the next three to four years with 0.6 million people currently.

Participants from Japan, China, Brazil, South Korea, Russia, Singapore, Belgium and Ireland are participating in the cloud computing competition under the aegis of Nasscom.

உலக திறன்கள் இந்தியா - சர்வதேச கிளவுட் கம்ப்யூட்டிங் சவால் 2019 ஐ இங்கு உரையாற்றிய பாண்டே, டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தில் விரைவான முன்னேற்றங்கள் இந்தியாவில் கிளவுட் கம்ப்யூட்டிங் சந்தையை 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 7.1 பில்லியன் டாலராக (சுமார் 49,000 கோடி ரூபாயாக) 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 2.5 பில்லியனில் (சுமார் ரூ .17,250 கோடி) கொண்டு செல்ல முடியும் என்றார். .

வரவிருக்கும் ஆண்டுகளில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையில் மிகவும் முன்னேறிய நாடுகளுடன் இந்தியா தோளோடு தோள் நிற்கும் என்று அவர் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்தார், மேலும் நவீன அறிவு மற்றும் திறன் மூலம் நான்காவது தொழில்துறை புரட்சியை வழிநடத்த இந்திய இளைஞர்களுக்கு அழைப்பு விடுத்தார்.

ஜப்பான், சீனா, பிரேசில், தென் கொரியா, ரஷ்யா, சிங்கப்பூர், பெல்ஜியம் மற்றும் அயர்லாந்து ஆகிய நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் நாஸ்காம் நிறுவனத்தின் கீழ் கிளவுட் கம்ப்யூட்டிங் போட்டியில் பங்கேற்கின்றனர்.
