The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is likely to announce the supplementary results in the first week of July. The board has conducted the advanced supplementary/improvement exam from May 16, 2019 to May 27, 2019 and the practical exams were conducted from May 28 to May 31. Students can keep a check on the official site of the board -- bie.telangana.gov.in to retrieve the results. They have to secure at least 35 per cent marks in each subject to clear the exam.

Tejasvi Surya bats for bank jobs for Kannadigas

BENGALURU: Given the outrage over irregularities in Institute of Bank Personnel Selection (IBPS) recruitment in Karnataka, debutante MP Tejasvi Surya raised the issue in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.

The MP urged that the Centre revert to the pre-2014 notification that mandates proficiency in the local language while recruiting for national and rural banks. The Centre’s decision to drop the mandatory language criteria has led to youth from the state losing out on opportunities. 

The Congress and JDS had converted the IPBS recruitment anomaly as an election issue during the LS polls, accusing the BJP-led government of depriving domicile candidates of jobs and making way for non-Karnataka candidates. Surya, in his letter to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, wrote, “Going by data related to the Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank in Dharwad, there were 324 vacancies for the post of Office Assistant (multipurpose) that were filled in 2017-18 through the CWE VI, out of which 235 candidates were not from Karnataka. This means about 72% of candidates are not proficient in Kannada, and could be unable to adequately address the needs of farmers,” his letter stated.

TNPSC 2019 Junior Scientific Officer Recruitment: Notification for 64 vacancies released

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released a notification for 2019 recruitment of Junior Scientific Officers on June 21st, 2019. A total number of 64 vacancies have been released for Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service and the application process has begun at tnpsc.gov.in. The last day to apply for the position is July 22nd, 2019.

Of the total 64 vacancies, 40 are for Chemistry Group, 14 for Biology, 6 for Physics, and 4 for Physics and Chemistry (Division:Computer Forensic Science). The written exam for the recruitment is scheduled for August 24th and will be conducted in two sessions, first session from 10.00 am t o 1.00 pm and second session from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

Madras HC reserves orders in TNPSC Group-I exam case|டி.என்.பி.எஸ்.சி குரூப் -1 தேர்வு வழக்கில் மெட்ராஸ் ஐகோர்ட் உத்தரவுகளை வைத்திருக்கிறது|

Chennai: The Madras high court has reserved orders on a petition, which sought a direction to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to revise the answer keys and the list of selected candidates for admission to the main written examination with respect of posts included in Combined Civil Services-I Examination (Group-I Services) 2016-2019.

Justice V.Parthiban reserved orders on a petition filed by S.Vignesh, an aspiring Group-I Services candidate, after hearing both sides.

When the petition came up for hearing on Thursday, Advocate N.Subramanian appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner perused the key answers, to his shock and surprise, 10 key answers among the total 200 were wrong. Immediately, the petitioner has challenged those 10 questions with the correct answers for which he was having reference materials available and uploaded the same in the official website. The petitioner reliably learnt that some other candidates have also challenged the answer keys as well as some questions which were also found to be improper with supporting materials. In addition to the questions challenged by him, taking into consideration of the questions challenged by others, there were totally 17 wrong answer keys works and one wrong question, thus, 18 out of 200 questions were to be revalued by the TNPSC reference to the text and other reference materials. However, shockingly, without acting upon the petitioner’s representation, the TNPSC published the list of candidates eligible to be admitted for main examination on April 3, 2019 without publishing the revised answer keys after taking note of the said 18 wrong questions. Further even the cut off marks for the selection of candidates for the main examination has not been published. The petitioner has a right to see his answer sheets as well as others to be furnished by the TNPSC and also the cut off marks, Subramanian added.

Senior counsel R.Thiagarajan, appearing for the TNPSC submitted that after finding the mistakes, the TNPSC has awarded marks to all the candidates. There were 31 posts in General Turn, to which the petitioner belongs. If 50 candidates were taken into account for the 31 posts, there will be 1550 candidates. Aston Martin Lagonda’s second UK manufacturing plant in Wales has started to build pre-production models of the carmaker’s first SUV, the DBX. jobs

Forming part of Aston Martin’s continued investment in the UK, the opening of St Athan has so far created 200 jobs and is expected to create up to 550 more. Also, as a direct result of this investment a further 3,000 jobs will likely be created across the supply chain and local businesses.

The 90-acre, former Ministry of Defence site in St Athan was announced as the second UK plant for Aston Martin Lagonda in early 2016 and since then the site, including three ‘Super Hangars’, has been transformed into a modern manufacturing facility for the hand-crafted British cars.

St Athan will be the sole production facility for the Aston Martin DBX, which has been created for this fast-growing segment of the luxury market. Last year, it was also named as Aston Martin Lagonda’s ‘Home of Electrification’ and the manufacturing home of the Lagonda brand.

Real world testing of the DBX, which began in the Welsh countryside last year, continues apace. The luxury SUV will be equally at home in an urban environment as it is off-road in less welcoming terrain. Over the last few months the DBX has been put through its paces in all environments from the Arctic Circle to the unique challenges of the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

ISRO Recruitment 2019: Candidates can Apply Online for 41 Technician Positions, Salary up to Rs 69,100 jobs

An official ISRO recruitment 2019 notification has been issued and it states that there are a total of 41 vacancies available. The posts available are for Technicians, and eligible candidates could start applying for the same online from 18 June 2019 onwards. Selected candidates would be eligible for a pay that ranges from Rs 18,000 to 69,100 based on the nature of the job for which they are selected.  The openings are available at the ISRO centers Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) located near Valiamala, Thiruvananthapuram and in Bengaluru.

Who can apply for ISRO recruitment 2019?
According to the official ISRO recruitment 2019 notification available on the LPSC website, there are a total of 41 vacancies available; however, the Technician B and Draughtsman posts would be open for candidates with an SSLC or SSC degree along with certifications from Industrial Training Institute (ITI), National Trade Certificate (NTC), or National Academy of Construction (NAC) from National Council for Vocational Training, an advisory body which was set up by the Government of India in 1956. There are a total of 25 such posts that include technical roles such as mechanic, fitter electronic mechanic and so on. Technician B and Draughtsman positions are eligible for a salary of Rs 21,700 to 69,100. Other posts available are for catering attendants and vehicle drivers. Candidates cannot be over 35 years of age; Nevertheless, there is an age relaxation for some candidates as per Government of India rules.

How to apply for ISRO recruitment 2019?
Eligible candidates who fulfill the required eligibility criteria mentioned above can start applying for the posts on the official Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) website, the link for which will be made available from 18 June 2019 2 pm onwards until 2 July 2019 2 pm. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan uploaded the KTET 2019 admit card on its official website keralapareekshabhavan.in. The KTET admit card 2019 has also been published in the two portals: ktet.kerala.gov.in and scert.kerala.gov.in

The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test, which is popularly known as KTET, is scheduled for June 22 and June 29. The entrance exam is conducted for recruitment of teachers at lower primary, upper primary and high school level in the state of Kerala.

The paper I and II of KTET 2019 will be conducted on June 22, June 29 respectively in two shifts. Candidates planning to sit for the examination can download the KTET admit card 2019, as without the same their entry to exam hall will be prohibited. Check details like roll number, exam center address, and time slot printed on the KTET admit card. Take the copy of hall ticket on the exam day along with any one of the photo identification documents. Earlier, the result of KTET for January session was declared on March 30.
